CHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

You have until 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item or make the return of your order.

CHANGES

FREE CHANGES IN STORE

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a change in our store. You can change the items in your order online by any other item of equal or superior.

If the change is for an item of lesser amount, with the difference voucher, you can redeem in our shop physically invalid in online store will be issued. This voucher will not expire.

Remember that once you make a change in store for another item you can no longer return to the online store and purchase conditions will return and exchange policy in force in our store.

CHANGES BY MAIL (IBERIAN PENINSULA)

Changes size: If you do not have availability to come to our store, you can change size through the courier or parcel. To do this, you must apply the change indicating shipment number and the new size requested through our contact email contact@corvusbarcelona.com. After verifying all the data, we’ll send you an email confirming the availability of the new size requested.

1. PREPARE YOUR CHANGE SIZE

Pack the items you want to change size in its original packaging or an equal measures and capacity. The garments have to be in perfect condition and with its corresponding ticket – order confirmation -.

This service is only available for online purchases

2. PACKAGE PICK UP

The derived transport expenses will be assumed by us for Shipments in the Iberian peninsula. For internationals shipments (canary & balearic islands included), the transport expenses will be assumed by the buyer.

We will send you a carrier that will pick up the package in the same delivery address of the order.

3. SHIPPING NEW SIZE

Once we receive the package, we will proceed to sending the same garment in size requested.

This service is not available in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If you want to make a change to an article on the other, you have to make a return and make a new purchase online.

RETURNS

For returns of purchases made in Spain, you can choose between the following options:

STORE RETURN FREE

The easiest way to return an item purchased online is in our store. The clothes must be in perfect condition, keep the original packaging and delivered by the delivery note.

Once in store, delivery the item you want to return together with the purchase receipt – Order Confirmation -. We recommend keeping the guard that will give you the time of refund until the refund is cleared.

RETURN BY MAIL (IBERIANPENINSULA)

If you do not have availability to come to our store, you can return by courier or parcel. To do this, you must request the return indicating the order number and the item you wish to return through our mail contact contact@corvusbarcelona.com.

Pack the items you want returned in its original packing or one of equal capacity and measures. The garments have to be in perfect condition and with its corresponding ticket – order confirmation -.

This service is only available for online purchases.

2. PACKAGE PICK UP

We will send you a carrier that will pick up the package in the same delivery address of the order.

3. REFUND

Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed in the same method of payment used in the purchase within 14 working days. Remember freight transport caused by the return are your own.

This service is not available in Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA & MELILLA INCLUDED)

For international returns (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla included), the buyer must manage the collection process with the carrier and send it to the following address:

Return shipping costs and customs borne by the buyer.

EXPENSES OF RETURNS

For exchanges and returns by mail, the derived transport expenses will be assumed by us for shipments in the Iberian Peninsula. For internationals shipments (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla included), the transport expenses will be assumed by the buyer.

In the event that the return or exchange is due to a shipping error on our part or product, transport costs arising shall be our charge.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the return at our office will send you a confirmation email. Remember that we can process your refund items must be in perfect condition, take the outer and inner labels and keep the original packaging. Within a maximum period of 14 days you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. Please note that credit the credit card always depends on your bank and may take a few days to appear reflected in the movements of your account.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

If you have made a purchase in one of our stores, you have until 30 days from the date of issue of ticket purchase for an exchange or a refund. We do not make cash refunds or credit card, and in the case of returns, a voucher with no expiration date will be issued.
